Directions

Walking From University Ave:

Just west of the marquee sign, enter onto the property. Go around the pool to the left and into the brick building.

 

Driving from University Ave:

Turn south onto SW 5th Terrace, which is across from the Santa Fe CIED building. Pull into the roundabout area and then from here enter the parking garage. Slightly to the right is Future Resident parking. When you come out of the garage, head right and then make a right after the mailboxes.

 

From SW 2nd Ave:

The parking garage entrance is just east of the roundabout at SW 6th St. Pull into the entrance, and Future Resident parking can be found on the NW corner of the garage. Head out of the garage just behind these parking spots, head right, and make a right after the mailboxes.

Jamie Mancine

Director of Operations

Jamie directs the overall operations of our community.  Her main priority is to ensure that all residents of the Continuum have the best living experience possible. She invites you to make any suggestions towards making this goal a reality.  

Helen Furoidah

Assistant Director of Operations

Helen oversees all items relating to accounts receivable/payable including resident rent payments and also assists with the follow up for work orders. If you have any questions about the status of your payment, account, or work order, she's happy to help you find a solution.

Megan Jones

Assistant Director of Marketing and Leasing

Megan oversees the leasing process, marketing initiatives, and assists with office administration. She is happy to talk with you regarding the leasing options available to you, how to partner with The Continuum, or suggestions for quality improvement. Her leasing team includes Marisa, Sri and Ta'Jerrica.

Leasing Coordinator

Our Leasing Coordinator can be seen at the front desk most of the time, helping with leasing questions and the administrative needs of the office. They are always ready to help you!

Michael Chaffin

Maintenance Manager

Michael is our Maintenance Manager on property who oversees grounds, facilities and maintenance work orders. He also oversees projects on site.  If you ever have questions about your work order, feel free to reach out to Michael!

Damian Barnes

Community Coordinator

As the community coordinator, Damian is our campus representative in the leasing office and helps to build community. This person coordinates programming for residents and can also be a resource for you as it relates to getting to know UF. They also are the person to talk to if you have a roommate or neighbor concern. The Community Assistant team includes Rajeeb, Austin, Melina, Devan & Dominique.

We lease to graduate students, professional students, and faculty/staff of the University of Florida and its Innovation partners. We are the only apartment community in Gainesville where you can be assured that all of your neighbors are graduate students or professionals.
